My BB Z10 unable to boot or charge once the battery all used up.
When I plug to wall or PC, only red light flashing.
Sent for repair twice, just return with a full charged battery device.
Once I used all the battery it won't charge.
I have to recharge the battery before it's all gone,
Or you have to follow the steps to reinstall the OS make it charge again.
Does it make sense? Will you accept that?
Means if I did not charge my Z10 before battery all gone, I have to do the OS recovery and ALL THE DATA GONE.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Thanks for the question.
Follow the steps below to try and bring the BlackBerry Z10 back to life:
When prompted with Cannot communicate with device, click Restore and then click yes allow the update to be downloaded and installed on the BlackBerry device.
If the restore button is not seen press the vertical dots in the lower right corner of BlackBerry Link and select disconnected device. Highlight the disconnected device you are working
If the issue still persists, then I suggest contacting your network service provider for repair options.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks very much for your quick reply and help.
Yes this can bring my Z10 back to life BUT once I forgot to charge it before all battery gone, same thing happen.
I still think this is not OK?
I did sent it back for repair TWICE but just give me the same reports passed all tests.
Just send it back again which I have no choice.
My provide Rogers just tell me to take it to the store for repair which I've already did.
Is there anyway I can send my Z10 back to BB directly for repair?
