Won't text messagee

I updated my OS to 10.1 today and now the texting app does not work as it will not open, I cannot compose or reply to texts and can only view the first lines through the hub. i have restarted the phone and tried a battery pull but nothing works!

All I can say is that mine is working fine. Send and receive text OK.

I have the same problem and so frustrated.  I tried 2 battery pulled and reboot numerous time but no go.  I ended up reset to factory setting without any upgrade.

My issue is intermittent. Say every two days maybe ??


Pulling the battery does nothing, when the issue happens it seems the rest of the phone works just fine, sometimes the hub is a little slow, but i can check emails and such, just not texts. I can click on the 5th text down and it still tries to pull up the 1st unopened text and all you get is their name and a grey screen.


This time it seemed to take maybe 90 mins and the issue just went away.


Going to try reloading the software tonight.
