Hi Blackberry since updating to 10.1.0.1720 my battery needs to be charged twice a day between 7am and 8pm.
My phone is not heavily used, I have deleted all downloaded apps and am running 1 Active sync account for Google APPs for business. Email is set to 30 days and Im only syncing Inbox, Calendar & Contacts.
I have tried resetting everything but still no luck.
What is the solution for this as currently using this phone makes me nervous as I can't rely on it to last even 10hours while out on the road.
