I have both a playbook and the Z10. I've set up both to connect to my work Exchange server via ActiveSync. My playbook is working perfectly, but on my Z10 I've had to delete and re-add the account about 6 times and I still can't get it to keep a consistent connection. I'll get emails for a short time then it will be an hour delay and finally after 12 hours no emails I'll remove the account and re-add it and the emails will show up. My calendar is also spotty on what actually appears.
My playbook set up the Blackberry balance when I added the work account and my Z10 said my corporate policy required my Z10 to be encrypted and that the encryption would start in 5 min. It never started. I encrypted manually and I still can't get it to consistenly sync. No balance was added to the Z10 either.
My provider, AT&T, said I needed an Enterprise data plan for this to work and I upgraded, but still no luck. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your email.
Were you not given the option to use BlackBerry Balance on your BlackBerry Z10 like you did on your BlackBerry PlayBook tablet or did you opt to use ActiveSync?
How did you have encrypt your device?
