Z10 BBM Set Up

My BBM set up keeps telling me Transferring your BBM information 1/2.

This has been going on for 30 minutes.

Even if I take the battery out, when I go back to Set Up, eventually it goes back to the same "Transferring your BBM information".

What can I do?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your BBM.

 

Are you connected to a Wi-Fi network or are you using your mobile data plan to complete the BBM set up? 

 

Were you able to log in with your BlackBerry ID successfully? Verify by going to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid on a computer.

BBM set up using mobile data.

Have taken Z10 and previous BB to dealer, they are stumped as well.

Looking at all the comments, BlackBerry was not designed for ordinary users...both Apple and Samsung are so much easier to use.

Back to the dealer tomorrow.

Very frustrating
