Try the following:
Open the Blackberry World and bring up the keyboard by swiping two fingers from the bottom bezel upwards. Type RST. You may not receive any notification. Close the app world and start again.
This is a fix for the playbook and not sure if it will work for your Z10. You may just try it in any case.

Also do check if you are using the same Blackberry ID

try signing into your blackberry ID on your PC/Mac Browser and check into the My World, if it shows any applications. If it is not showing any, then the problem is with your Blackberry ID itself and you may have to raise the issue to Blackberry.

try updating an app on your browser, it should send automated instructions to your phone to update the app. Let me know if it works.
