yes, iv already tried removing and reinserting the sim. Still dnt work

Get a new Micro SIM ... one intended for the device, not a cut one.

I know it worked for a while. I have friends who've trimmed their own. One is still working, another stopped working after a couple months.

Try using another mobile with the same SIM card... or another working SIM card to your Z10...

"SIM Card Not Detectable" is usually a hardware problem... unless the SIM card itself is defective...

Actually the issue is normally a defective SIM card, and a new SIM card was suggested many posts ago.

Even if this SIM card works in another mobile, it is not working in this Z10.
