[Z10] - Frozen On Startup "Software Update"

So I'm frozen on this screen, restarted a bunch. Still says nothing but this :




this is the kind of problem I do not want to run in to when I buy a new phone...


Update: Held Volume down + the center button beside it and it said "could not connect" then let me connect to wifi - but is still at 0MB downloading after minutes Smiley Sad

If the issue still persists, then I would suggest you could your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry so we can gather some logs.

i restarted my blackberry z10 to find out why my notifications were not coming off and when the phone restarted it reached the blackberry logo i even took out the battery and still the same, it would not go any further i only bought the phone three months ago and this is the first time this happens
