Re: Z10 - Gmail not syncing !!!!

sdgardne,

Wait a minute.. how did you know I didn't do those steps? FYI, I did it and it did not solve the problem. The missing password did not magically appear.

Also the CB forum posting was not done by me. It was referenced by someone else that happened to appear in my search result.

My bad, I thought this site is official BB forum, so apparently one can't get the actual TS here. My apologies to you since I thought you were from BB Support or at least someone from BB Support would actually bother to read and reply.

Looks like my only option now is just  to thank my "good" luck picking BBOS10. So much for advocating Blackberry to the rest of my friends.

Because I'm not clairvoyant. From the words you used, you mentioned many things, but nothing about what I recommended. The only conclusion I could reach was that you chose not to perform those steps.

Well, I wouldn't say that the steps would do anything magical, and certainly not re-populate a field that has for some reason become de-populated. Rather, perhaps doing the steps so as to achieve proper registration with your carrier network, and then manually re-populating the field could help. But, I'm guessing it didn't in your case.
