Z10 Issues after update 10.1

After 10.1 update my cam doesn't work and battery ends too fast.. Any support please ASAP.

Mobile camera doesn't work. When I open it it says "the camera cannot be started"

remove the SDcard if you have one, and try again.
if this still does not work, restart the phone.
if it does not work, do a battery pull (with the device turned on)
if this does not work, go to your point of purchase and demand another Z10.

Are you serious! I tried all of those before and it is still not working. Is that mean the phone has an internal issue?
Please explain and let me know how can I replace it.

go to the vodafone store and show them. Demand that they keep this device, and give you another brand new one.

What should I do if they refused? How will blackberry support?

you are the customer, how could they refuse?
You give them money every months.

Either they fix the issue themselves, or they have the BlackBerry Level2 escalation support team fix the issue (at no charge for you), or they give you another brand new device.
