Z10 OS not cooperating

My Z10 says that it is running OS, yet, when I plug into Link it tells me I need to upgrade to Z10 OS   I've tried doing that a few times but it never recognizes that it has already done so.


Now, I notice that I can no longer synch to Outlook in any way.  Before I could get a one way synch.  Now the synch option is "greyed out"


How do I fix this and when do we get full synch with Outlook?

Hi shawnigan,

Do you have BlackBerry Link or later installed? This version should allow a two way synchronization with your Microsoft Outlook calendar and contacts.

Did you use BlackBerry Link to upgrade your BlackBerry Device Software or did you do an over the air update? Could you please check Settings > About > OS Version on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone to verify that is showing as installed?
