Z10 Service Problem

I got Z10 in my company few months ago, great mobile phone


But after few months and update of new software I often had problem with my Z10


My Z10 was still under warranty so I gave it to T-Mobile Croatia to warranty service almost two months ago


I still didn`t get my phone and I got information from T-Mobile Croatia that they found mistake on my Z10 and that they are waiting for Blackberry response for over 40 days?!?!


That isn`t fair because I could wait for months just for answer!As they in T-Mobile Croatia said Blackberry doesn`t have service in Croatia so they sent request to Blackberry Italy (Rome)


Can someone help me any way??Thanx in advance!!

None of us here work for BlackBerry. There is nothing we can do, unfortunately, ,and you'll have to work directly with your carrier.

I did sam mustake . Simple advice for croatian, do not by Blackberry in Croatia no warranty there
