Z10 Sim problem

Hi Have a problem related to my Z10. It does not read the SIM. The other thing if I remove the SIM and use the WIFI I can't access the BlackBerry Service.

 

I reinstalled and wiped the unit several times. Is this some kind of a defect or what?

 

Am really lost does anyone have a clues of what's happening?
