Z10 Tethering not possible

Hi everybody,

I have a problem on my z10. Mobile Internet (tethering) doesn't appear in the "Network & connections" menu. It's as it has not been activated but I checked with my operator (Swisscom) and they say everything is activated. 

 

Any suggestions why this is happening and how to fix it ? I don't know for previous versions as I just bought the phone.

Z10 STL 100-2, software version 10.2.1.2102, OS Version 10.2.1.2102, Radio 10.2.1.2141.

OS should be 10.2.1.2141 and radio 10.2.1.2142 ?

Connectivity Services:

NFC

Mobile Hotspot

Internet Tethering

 

Backup with BBLink then do a Factory reset and see if problem corrects then Restore.
