I have got a Z10 phone, touch screen is not responding to my actions. I restarted the device couple of times, did not help.

Thanks for your reply, I found the problem. It is because screen reader,
Screen reader was activated on my phone, with this feature, single tap does not work and also scrolling touch. So I deactivated the screen reader by pressing power buttion for 3 times and it fixed the problem.

I am having the same issue - could you elaborate about three times with the on/off button. Do you literally want to turn it off three times or are you just touching slightly? Thanks

My daughter cracked her screen on her z10 which made the touch screen stop working and as i don't have insurance brought new screen and changed it but touch screen is still not working. Please help me as I've still got a year and a half on contract for this phone and before you say it i know i should of had insurance.

That didn't work! Does anyone else have any sugggestions? I cannot access my phone. I can turn it on and off using the on/off button at the top. I've tried this several times, I have also removed the battery a few times. It will start and it appears that it is working, I can see that everything has loaded, I can hear emails, messages and notfications coming in but cannot access anything. The phone is not responding to touch at all!

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
