Z10 audio issues

I've noticed the past few days, when I turn the notifications on my phone to silent they are still coming through as normal.  If I turn it to all alerts off then it seems to remain silent.

I have also noticed that when I plug earphones in and play music the music comes through the speaker instead of the earbuds.  Sometimes doing a battery pull works this out.

I have had my Z10 since the date of Canadian launch and haven't had any big issues with it, but I'd like to know how this can be resolved and I can't have my phone ringing all day.

Sorry to hear about your issues with audio. Before you noticed this happening, were there any changes made to your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone? Were any applications installed or updated? Do you have the same issue with the speaker with another set of earbuds?

the settings of your user profiles might have been changed just change those settings and it will definitely help...

and regarding the ear buds i am not sure about the problem
