Z10 browser buttons

When I open my browser it opens up to a blank black page, the tabs button & the more (the three dots) button are not working. When I press them they do not pop out the options they use to. I've rebooted the phone & did a security wipe but the problem hasn't been solved.

Make sure the data plan is active for your phone, and web browser activity is permitted. Call your provider support to verify this. If they say it is active, explain your problem.

Also, make sure Setting, the Network Connections are properly set up for your provider. Also verify the SIM card with your provider.


There can be a number of issues to cause such a problem. Its' best to start with the basics.
