Z10 cannot access a link

The Z10 cannot access a link that in previous BB worked. This link is opened in other Devices and Browsers without problem. To test use: http://www.waterloo.ca/ and in eServices from that page use By-law and Building services... Link; it will go to https://mypermits.waterloo.ca:4443/publicportal/Waterloo/index.jsp.

Are you viewing the mobile version or the desktop version of that page?  I was able to view that page with no issues.  I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies and try again.  In the Browser press the 3 dots and choose Settings and then Privacy and Security.  Click on Clear cache and cookies and history.  Then close the browser and re-open and try again.

It didn't work. I have tested the same in Playbook and I go same error. Is possible I have to get an update?

Can you provide the exact version of BlackBerry 10 you're using?  Go to Settings>About to find this information.  I'm going to make sure we are running the same version and try to replicate the issue.

I updated my Z10 and now it's working. The previous version was 10.0 and now is 10.1.0.273.
