Z10 complaint

Dear Sir,
i have purchased BBz10 couple of months ago.but all of sudden speakers stoped its working infact  No ring tones , no songs volume. but as we know its a machine  it is a normal thing but here starts the after sales service from blackberry and i am not happy at all with that i have have submitted the phone before 25 days, but not even a single reply from anywhere ( srvice centre or customer care executive)  when it will be returned. it will work or not no information at all.what should i do now you tell me, i ll go for that. bot i won"t recomend BB to any friend of mine.
" After sale service not empressive as samsung or Apple".
All BB-Z10  handest facing same (speaker or volume ) problem, why you dont take back all Z10 blackberry for resolve this speaker problem and maintain your reputation in hearts of the customers which is going down day by day.
