I connected both my Playbook and by new Z10 to my company Exchange server using ActiveSync, providing all of the same information that I provided on my iPad (which works) but it fails to actually sync email/calendar/contacts. From the Exchange console, it registers that the Z10 has logged in, but fails to sync. There is no errors reported on the Z10.
I've had IT investigate for hours without any luck.

I had the same problem when trying to set up an account on the Z10 using Email, Calendar, Contacts bundled altogether (we use Kerio 8 mailserver at work). Solution was to set up the account as Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
Also, Our mail admin had to toggle an 'unsupported device' switch to allow the sever to sync with the device (same applies to some androids as well).
