Z10 don't want to connect to my me.com account

Hi there, 

 

First sorry for my poor english but i am french.

 

I bought a Z10 last week . I put my adress my xxxx@me.com and my password : all synchronized and work also my conatct, calendar etc...

 

I had a problem this afternoon with the phone so i decided to wipe it (security type : blackberry and wait). 

When he starts again everything seems to work but when i configure my account i put my mail xxxx@me.com and my password (he asked me) then i wait and i fall on red message that my combinaision adress/password don't work. I changed my password , try again maybe 10 times and no more working.

 

I called my provider but they don't know what to do (welcome to france....). 

 

 

 

If you have any solution it will be very nice to share it with me.

Are you able to add any other email accounts to the BlackBerry Z10?

Thnak you a lot for your answer. 

 

So i tried with a gmail account no problems, and what is terrible is that work when i do installation one by one.

I explain myself: when i add an account i have an error that ask me in red to match login.me and my password. 

 

When i do it one by one (imap, cardav etc..) it works again. I put TLS in security and it is working (push too). 

 

So i don't really understand. 

 

What is crazy , is last week when i put my me.com adress he ask to sync with no problem. Since i reset the z10 it is not working again, i had to to do it manually.
