Just checking... we've been talking about a Hotmail / Outlook account - is that what you have?

 

 

I don't think the option is there for standard pop / imap accounts. So you would need to delete the account and re sync it with the forever setting. Whereas Hotmail and some others can change the setting on the fly.

You'll need to delete the account and then that setting will only be found at setup again.

do you know where  I can access these settings to put the limit to "forever" instead of "30 days" ?? where is this menu ??
