I have a a couple of my clients indicate that their Z10 devices have been freezing and shutting down when performing routine tasks. Checking email and using BBM. They have the recent updates and have no issues with baterry life. I have instructed them to change some of their network settings to take the load off but it has not helped. They have also reseeded the battery and still have the issue from time to time.
