Z10 freezing

I've got a new Z10 and find it's freezing from time to time (not often or regular) this morning it was frozen after unplugging it from charging.  Only way out is to turn off and back on.


Also, had BBs for years and alsways been a real fan.  One hidden option that I've always used is the ability to use the phone without unlocking.  Great for business which force a lock on the phone.  Can't find the option on the Z10 does it exist?

Welcome to the forums. 


Sorry to hear about your issue. Once you unplugged the device how long did you let it sit before you tried to use it? Also can you recall other times when it has frozen were you using a specific application or did it happen the same way when you disconnected it from charging? 


Regarding your second question at this time there is no way to make phone calls without unlocking the device.
