I tried everything and my Z10 still not synching with BB links on Windows 8.
Tried to uninstall and reinstall a couple of time.
Enable Framework 3.5
Tried to update the OS it tells me that it is updated but it is not.
Is there any bug???????
It's been a week I have the Z10 and I'm not able to sync with BB links... it is so frustrating!!!!

I was hoping to clarify the issue you are experiencing. Are you unable to detect your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone smartphone or are you just unable to locate an option for wired PIM synchronization?
Currently wired PIM synchronization is not supported for the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone via BlackBerry Link but we hope to have it available in the near future.
