Z10 problems

I got my Z10 a little while ago and have had many issues. The phone freezes frequently when opening apps or loads the app in only half the screen leaving a large blue frame. I have to remove the battery to solve this problem at least twice a week. It also gives me a hard time when trying to exit apps. The screen flips randomly and wont switch back to the direction that I would like it to be in. (I could lock the screen, but it seems like it would be time consuming to unlock it to navigate the internet in wide screen.) It sometimes gives me trouble when navigating through the hub. (trying to get out of emails to check texts....takes a few extra swipes)


Have there been any solutions to these issues yet?

I have never expereienced any of the problems you have mentioned.


Are you running a new version of software? or still the original one that came with the device?


I would try one of the newer leaks, I know this is not proper procedure, but I am on OS v10.1.0.2354 and have absolutely NO issues.
