Z10 requesting password daily

Purchased a Z10 four days ago to replace my 9800 and since then the BB is requesting my password everyday. We are on Exchange 2010 I use webmail to receive the emails. I never had problems with my previous unit. I do not want to return for either IPhone or Samsung as colleagues have no problem with those phones.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your email.

 

How did you add your account - ActiveSync? IMAP? POP? BES using Balance? 

 

Do you have more than one email account integrated on your device? If so, are they prompting for the password?

I am using active sync and have more than 1 account. I upgraded the software and deleted the account and started over and have no more problems with any account.
Glad it worked out as I like this unit. I'm even getting used to the virtual keyboard

To clarify, you updated your OS and deleted the account and added it back and are no longer being asked for the password?
