Z10 stuck at License Agreement

hi
i purchase a new blackberry Z10 and when i start up the phone it stuck at the License Agreement phase .
and the problem is not from the internet because i have speed internet connectin via wifi and also a data service in my SIM card
and it been two days i am trying to complete the phone setup so i can access the home screen .
and i am sorry about my bad english .

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue setting up your device.

 

Are you able to select your Country in the agreement to complete the set up? 

 

Is the Wi-Fi network to which you are connected a home network or a public HotSpot?

thank you for your reply 
now the problem solved an I have been able to  accessed the home screen but the same problem happens again  when I update the firmware and after several    
tries the problem solved 
I don't know how but it works  
Finally I am sorry for the  post when it is appears to be Internet connection problems 
Although as I said before that the Internet connection works fine with me.

hi;

my bb z10 stucked in agreement page and after few second i can able to choose country but after that

i wait a long time but the error send me this message""unable to connect to the network, please try changing your settings"" 

my wifi is alright too because i can connect through other devices.
