i purchase a new blackberry Z10 and when i start up the phone it stuck at the License Agreement phase .
and the problem is not from the internet because i have speed internet connectin via wifi and also a data service in my SIM card
and it been two days i am trying to complete the phone setup so i can access the home screen .
and i am sorry about my bad english .

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue setting up your device.
Are you able to select your Country in the agreement to complete the set up?
Is the Wi-Fi network to which you are connected a home network or a public HotSpot?

my bb z10 stucked in agreement page and after few second i can able to choose country but after that
i wait a long time but the error send me this message""unable to connect to the network, please try changing your settings""
my wifi is alright too because i can connect through other devices.
