How can you please tell me you bb z10 model number,because i havent been able to get bis service with airtel or any carrier

I'm not quite sure that I understand your question, but it may be irrelevant anyway. No BB10 devices use BIS at this time. There are reports from some folks who have BIS on their account with no issues in using their BB10 device (though the BB10 device does not use BIS). There are other reports that having BIS on the account can cause the BB10 device to not function at all. Hence, the best place to address your question is with your mobile service provider.

Hi,

 

Safaricom does not support BlackBerry Z10 and Q10. Only Airtel supports these two phones.

 

If you talk to Safaricom, they will say it is working, but what they will do is, ask you to bring the phone and set up the phone to work on an internet bundle and NOT ON THE USUAL BlackBerry platform. This is as good as using a normal smart phone for your emails and internet.

 

Safaricom is not going to support the BlackBerry service on Z10 and Q10 at all, according to very reliable sources.
