Z10 update

Hi, a couple of days ago I installed this software upgrade and now my sceen is freezing quite often, particularly at the phone app.

I have to shut-down the unit and re-start it to solve the problem.

Is this a software issue or rather a hardware problem? how can I solve it?

Try a simple reset to see if it corrects your issue: when powered on hold down the power for 10 seconds.
