10.6 doesn't work with an apple processor (The G4 one) it need an intel one. This is the main reason i couldn't upgrade the OS.

Yes, I previously suggested he look at Mac forums.  However, there is the rest of the world.  When I was trying to install a program on my son's fairly new power book, the Mac forums were useless and I finally found a blog (I believe it was) that pointed me in the direction that solved the issue.  Again, good luck with this.

Re: Z10 vs Apple powerbook G4 Mac OS 10.5.8

Is there any way by connecting the micro sd from the phone directly to the computer and transfer files? (pics, music, contacts etc...) and then putting it inthe phone? This is the last way i found ont some forums...

If you have a card reader and a MicroSD to SD card adapter you can.

However, you should be able to see the microSD card as a drive on your Mac. Make sure your Z10 is set to Mass Storage Mode. Go into Settings >Storage and Access and at the very bottom is where you turn Mass Storage Mode on. Then you should be able to see the card as a drive even without the Link software.

Once you put the data on the card you must disconnect from the computer before you can see any of the data. Did you disconnect?

Re: Z10 vs Apple powerbook G4 Mac OS 10.5.8

Like every  Companies thinking they are superior to their guest: no solution... just change your computer. I will tell you something. Never i will buy again a Blackberry.

Also, Airplay doesn't work, or i didn't find the way. thaht means Blackberry fails into finding an easily and friendly way to use its products.

So now I think i will wait a long time until BB will pay me back the money i spend.... fort this S...

Not sure if this has been asked, but you originally did format the SD card in the phone? It just seems if you transfer directly to the SD card your phone should read it.
