i cannot acces my bb balace cannot try the switching from personal to work.. because i dont know the password even though i already master reset the phone. it keeps on asking the pasword even though i didnt place any.. PLS help regarding the matter

you need to contact your BESAdmin to have them reset your workspace aka Balance password.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
