blackberry wont connect to my mac



I just pulgged in my backberry Z10 to my Macbook and went through the process of installing my blackberry. After I installed my blackberry I had to restart my cmputer so I did. Now when i plug my blackberry into my mac nothing comes up? or after about 10 minutes of the phone being plugged in a message will pop up saying that unfortunately there was an issue and was uanble to connect.


What should I do?

Can you please confirm that you have downloaded and installed BlackBerry Link on your Mac computer system?
