blackberry world is not working

The blackberry world application opens but cant download or update any application,,, it always shoe an error to proceed your request. And also i can't delete from the available view apps i don't want.

When was the last time you could access BlackBerry World without the error?  Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Mobile Network?

 

Is there a specific error message that appears?

The only time i was able to download some apps was the first day i got the Z10 and from the next day it stopped from installing or updating any application. Am using both Wi-Fi and mobile network non of them worked. Once i click on any app to download a text in the center of the screen appears with (an error has occurred processing your request)
