Ooops...have only had the Z10 since Saturday.  Time to update my profile...since the 9810, I've had the 9900 and a GS3.

How could this ridiculous thing happen? Z10 has been released for months...It should have been matured.

Hours elapsed,when are they going to settle this down?

This is most likely due to a app update issue. The BB Music workaround should fix thhe problem. Go to BB Music. Tap the three dots and selet blackberry world. Go to My World and them My Apps and Check for updates. Post this, the app world should function normally.

I am new to the forum but not new to blackberry.  With all the problems I am having with this phone for the 3 weeks I have had it...its a wonder my loyalty is still so strong...someone feel my forehead.

 

After reinstalling my device software yet again trying to figure out why app world wouldn't load on my phone or my husbands I finally came across this thread and your simple fix.  Thank you.  I was getting close to putting it under my truck tire.
