calender appointments being put in one hour late

I have a z10, my problem and its a big problem for me is that when I accept appointments through my e mail they go onto my calender one hour later than they should, I have looked everywhere, phoned orange and no one seems to be able to help,, if I cant sort this the phone will have to go back.  Can anybody help please.

What version of BlackBerry 10 software are you currently running?  This can be found by going into Settings>About.  Also what time zone is the BlackBerry Z10 currently showing?  Go to Settings>Date and Time.

HI ViciousFerret,

 

looks like the same issue as some collegues have.

they are running  a Z10 with OS 10.1.0.1720

the Z10 is currently at the same timezone as the organizer of the Meeting. Organizer of the Meetings and affected user is the same!

 

But there are also some others with different appointments- different organizers.

 

As we figured out, up to now, this problem only appears on recurrent appointments. Not all appointments affected, from this issue.
