Which device are you showing in BlackBerry World? You shoud be able to cancel the subscription by clicking the link in the email. At the top you will see displaying info for and the device. Click on change and switch it back to your Torch.

You went to appworld.blackberry.com? In the top middle of the screen it says displaying info for and likely lists your z10. You can click on change and select your older device. Then click on My World and you should be able to select subscriptions.
Alternatively I also clicked on the link that Cpt_Sweatpants gave and it loaded correctly for me. There was a contact us button that took me to a page where support can be requested for the app.

It sounds like you are opening the links from your BlackBerry directly. Try from a PC and the appworld link will open rather then redirect you to the app.

You can do this from within BlackBerry World on your Z10.
Open BBW, go to My World, and then My Apps, and if you have a subscription you should see a dropdown menu. Click on subscriptions, and then you can unsubscribe/cancel from there.
