cna't reload Because i have password on my device 

aftar the BB10-0015 error nothing can help me to reload my device Smiley Sad

 

i'm use SIC and autoloader and Link

And you don't remember your password? If you do might as well to turn it off before you reload a new OS into it.

Just turn the device off. whilst connected to the PC. Then turn it on, the BlackBerry Link wil ask you if you want to reload your OS.

 

This will reload the OS, and wipe ALL Data off as well.
