connection on BB Z10

Dear Supports, until now I'm facing problem with BB Z10; when service with BIS not opening any browsing apps, few days back i cancel my subscription from BIS & i get internet package... for two days it was working good but since two or three days not connecting no BBM, no FB, no Browsing & etc... so please advise what to do??? i get bored from such issue....

No change... I insert the SIM and cancel BIS through provider and subscripted in internet.
