I hope that you can help me. I have been using a blackberry curve and I got a new z 10 phone yesterday and did not have the correct sim card. I bought one and called the service provider who reset the new sim card. They said that it would take 24 hours to activate. This morning I switched on the phone and it asked for a password. I tried several times and eventually got to attempt 10 - which was wrong and my phone was wiped!!!
I called the service provider who said I should get another sim card. Ive done this and have inserted the card. The only thing I am getting on screen now is a black screen and in white a phone showing it being connected to a computer.
My blackberry backup on line does not work either!!
What should I do?
