Welcome to the forums.
Are you sure it's dust and not a dead/stuck pixel?
If it is dust and I think that unlikely then taking the phone apart and blasting it with some compressed air is an option as long as you feel competant to do that.
If it's a dead pixel then sometimes gently pressing on it may revive it.
Some people claim the pixel fix apps out there work, the ones that run through thousands of pixel change cycles but this has never worked for me.
Unfortunately dead pixels are a fact of life so you will either need to live with it or pay nearly as much as a new phone would cost to get a replacement part.

Hmm, okay, if this is the case then I think you are just unlucky you might like to try and get a replacement under warranty.
The glass and led are sealed so I don't think that you will be able to do it yourself in this situation.

You're welcome I do feel you've been very unlucky here, I've had a few BB10 devices none of them had this problem but of course there is always a percentage of defects in any manufacturing process. Not much comfort to you I know.
Best of luck.

In addition, if the device is in warranty, for a dead pixel, you have a hardware warranty claim... could be possible for the dust.
Contact your seller, they will service the warranty.
