email on Z10 exchange

I am having problem getting email from my company using exchange , sometime i dont get email the whole day? what to do

Do you know what version of Exchange your company is using? There are issues with Exchange 2003.

I have had some success with archiving old mail in my inbox down to leaving about 500 messages. I did the same for sent items. Then delete the account on the Z10 and re-add.

Thanks, yes it is on 2003, I need to try it out but why its work fine with other iphone or samsung.

I am disapointed with this phone, its also shut off by its self and get very hot sometimes, 

The QC is bad and and fix is very slow

I noticed that your  w/OS 10.0.10.672 & PlayBook w/OS 2.1.0.1314, and I am currently on 10.0.10.82, how to upgrade ?

Clean out your inbox and sent items and delete and readd the account. The Z10 uses different protocols than the other devices.
