Why do I consistently have to redo all my email info, mainly my login password. Daily my mail becomes inactive and I have to login again. Quite often I get a login error as well and it will take several times throughout the day till my mail is active? I am with Telus and have had this discussion with them as well and I am yet to get an answer aside from BB is working on it. I used to be on imap and then the last time there was an update imap stopped working all together and now I am on a pop server. Any help in this area
