emails

when i delete my emails from my z10 it also deletes from my server why????

When you setup your email you selected sync emails that's why.

Go to the hub then setting, email accounts, select the email you need to change then edit account, and select Sync email from on to off and save.

it only gives me the option to set intervals and even if i set to manual it still deltes at both places

I just tried below on my Z10 and it's working perfectly.

Go to the hub then setting, email accounts, select the email you need to change then edit account, and select Sync email from on to off and save.

sorry but i don't see sync email in my edit account info could we possibly talk over a phone and you could walk me through this pls

@inolette, what type of email account do you have setup? Smiley Happy POP, IMAP, ActiveSync, etc?

Hi Inolette, this is something I've struggled with for the past few weeks. There's no solution because it's not a problem: this is how email works now. It's like this on iPhone and Android as well. My solution has been to file emails that I want to save in a folder (I call it "keepers") and I put my Hub settings to "hide filed messages" so I don't have to see them on the phone but they will remain on the server. You will have to switch to IMAP to be able to do this.
