help !!

I just bought a new Z10 and a new computer. I installed Outlook 2013 on the new computer and all the e-mails and folders were downloaded properly.  However, calendar didn't transfer nor did contacts.  Geek squad helped move calendar and contacts over to Outlook.  I installed Blackberry Link and thought that I could "sync" my contacts and calendar from outlook.  However, everything I have tried has failed !! Any suggestions?

Re: help !!

Unfortunately, I have installed Blackbery Link and, when I get to the prompt that says "import calendar and contact", I get a message that says "Blackberry Link has not detected a Microsoft Outlook profile that has local contacts and appointments" and therefore they is nothing to be transferred.  Yet I am using Microsoft Outlook 2013 and I have both a calendar and contacts.  What do I do next?
