how to link a blackberry contact to a facebook contact

Is there any way to go to a friend's Facebook profile and link to an existing blackberry contact? I've recently gotten the z10, deleted the Facebook contacts which were automatically updated into my phone, and am trying to link some new contacts I've added to their Facebook profiles. It's not working.

Re-enable your Facebook contacts on the device. You may need to delete the Facebook account and then add it back to your Z10

Re: linking a blackberry contact to a facebook profile

Open up your contacts, swipe from top down, select settings, if you facebook is on, turn it off from you account contact list, if its off, then turn it back on. Exit settings with back key, This will rebuild your contacts. To turn back you facebook contacts, go back into the setting and turn it back on.  It takes a couple of seconds for it to sync all your contacts together, if its a blank screen on the contact list, click on any alphabet letter on the right and will pull them all down right away.  Might have to do a re-boot. In the contact list, you can click on the link button to link any contacts together..

I just re-read this.

You want to link a friend's Facebook profile to an existing contact?

No, not from that friend's Facebook profile, not in that manner.
