internet wont load

My Internet won't load. It let's me search from the homepage or type in a website but after that it just goings to the page I searched for and almost completely loads it but won't finish. Then at this point it won't let me click anything, or refresh the page?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your device.


Are you connected to a Wi-Fi network or using your BlackBerry data plan?


Are you able to use other data services, such as the Facebook app or Twitter app?


What OS version does your BlackBerry Z10 have installed? Check under Settings>About >OS.


Have you done a reboot yet by pulling the battery? ^HF

Some people just forget to simply put on their "data services" which you can change in your Network settings!

I have the same issue as well and I'm also with Rogers. How do we fix this?
