I bought the Z10 there two weeks ago because I am a blackberry team since 2010.
I decided to stay on BB instead of HTC one but now I need applications such as skype, tango, viber and they do not work. We see in the app world but it is **bleep**

BlackBerry put the call out to developers to develop apps for it and many developers didn't answer the call. So what did BlackBerry do? They tinkered around with the OS so that Android apps could run on BB 10 phones. So now you can get all the BlackBery apps as well as most of the Android apps. How cool is that? All of a sudden, "not enough apps on BlackBerry" is no longer an excuse. Take a look at this to find out how to install Android apps on your phone:
I hope that helps you.

For the record, I'm currently running two Android apps (Netflix and Bejeweled) and both work like a charm. You really need to take a look at that article by @John_Clark and get some Android apps on your phone.
(Even better is the fact that only BlackBerry allows you to install apps from another platform....Android and Apple don't permit it.)
