I suggest the following steps, in order:
1) Register HRT
2) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you need to work with Vodafone...but this time don't let them fob you off so easily. This is a service issue, and they are 100% responsible for delivery of all of your services as well as all of your service-related support. If they have no answers, then they need to escalate up to BlackBerry via the formal channels to which only they have access.
