my blackberry z10 is having a few problems

hello everyone Smiley Happy

im having some trouble with my new z10 I hope you can help me solve.

it seems to hang on a screen that says something about connecting to blackberry hub?

then it will restart itself.


things I have tried:

restoring firmware

secure format

battery pull


nothing seems to work.

orange told me to contact blackberry as I am on pay as you go and this is all I can find


Please help me sort this issue out i just want a working blackberry again

even if you are on a Pay as you go contract, you pay Orange to take care of those issues.

Should they be unable to do so, they have to escalate your issue, by contacting the RIM Level2 support, at no additional charge for you.

Call them back and demand the escalation. You are the customer.
